Goal! Weekly first rolled off the press in February 2005, and it is published by Alimental Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Since its inception, GW has built a loyal following of over 4000 readers per week.

Over 100 editions have now been produced and the publication is well and truly a respected and accepted medium within Victoria‘s grass-roots football community.

GW is available from over 500 newsagents across Victoria every Monday, but clubs can subscribe to the publication as well.

GW is produced by a team of dedicated writers, photographers, designers and contributors who are committed to delivering an alternative football voice in print media.

GW provides football fans with a complete round-up of all the weekend’s football results – including news, match reviews, coaches’ comments, action photographs, in-depth analysis and expert commentary.

And GW prides itself on breaking news stories about your club, stories that Melbourne’s major metro dailies continue to snub.

GW primarily devotes extensive print coverage to grass-roots football in Victoria.
